1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Blaze, concerning your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

3. User Content

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content on the platform, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that:

• The content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights outlined above
• The posting of your content on or through the platform does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the platform
• Creating or compiling, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
• Making any unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information
• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the platform or the networks or services connected to the platform
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person
• Using the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blaze and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blaze.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Blaze, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the platform will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blaze, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the platform.
